• Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT): Testosterone decanoate is prescribed to men whose bodies don't produce enough testosterone, a condition known as hypogonadism. This can lead to various symptoms like decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and loss of muscle and bone mass. 

Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate, or trenbolone cyclohexylmethylcarbonate, sold under the brand names Parabolan and Hexabolan, is a synthetic, injected anabolic–androgenic steroid (AAS) of the nandrolone group and an androgen ester – specifically, the C17β hexahydrobenzylcarbonate (cyclohexylmethylcarbonate) ester of trenbolone – which was marketed in France for medical use in humans but has since been discontinued.^[1]

It was introduced in France in 1980 and was voluntarily discontinued by its manufacturer in 1997.^[1][2] The drug acts as a long-lasting prodrug of trenbolone when administered via intramuscular injection.^[1] It was used clinically at a dosage of one ampoule (76 mg, corresponding to 50 mg trenbolone base) every 10 days.

Testosterone undecanoate, sold under the brand names Nebido, Aveed, and Andriol among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid medication which is used mainly in the treatment of low testosterone levels in men. It is also used in hormone therapy for transgender men.

Methandienone (also known as methandrostenolone or by the brand name Dianabol) was originally developed for legitimate medical uses but has since been largely discontinued for these purposes and is now predominantly misused for performance and physique enhancement.    Medical Uses (Historical)  Historically, methandienone was indicated for the following medical conditions:    

• Appetite stimulation in patients experiencing anorexia.
• Treatment of certain rare forms of aplastic anemia that respond to anabolic androgens.
• To counteract catabolic states, such as those following major trauma.
It has also been studied in cases of iron deficiency anemia.

Rapid increase in muscle mass and strength.

Legality: Methandienone is a controlled substance in the U.S. and its use is prohibited in competitive sports by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

• Chemical Basis: It is an ester of the active hormone drostanolone, with the enanthate ester attached to prolong its action in the body after intramuscular injection. This contrasts with the faster-acting propionate version.
• Medical Context: The related drostanolone propionate was historically used to treat advanced, inoperable breast cancer in postmenopausal women due to its anti-estrogenic effects.
• Non-Medical (Illicit) Use: Today, drostanolone enanthate is primarily used illicitly by athletes and bodybuilders for physique- and performance-enhancing purposes. It is particularly popular during "cutting cycles" as it helps to promote muscle function, definition, and fat loss while retaining strength.
Mechanism of Action in Bodybuilding: As a DHT derivative, it does not aromatize into estrogen, meaning it does not cause estrogen-related side effects like gynecomastia or significant water retention. It also works as an anti-aromatase agent, synergistically reducing the effects of other aromatizing steroids like testosterone.

Trenbolone acetate, sold under brand names such as Finajet and Finaplix among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication used in veterinary medicine, specifically to increase the profitability of livestock by promoting muscle growth in cattle.^[2][3][4][5] It is given by injection into muscle.^[5][2]

Side effects of trenbolone acetate include symptoms of masculinization like acne, increased body hair growth, scalp hair loss, voice changes, and increased sexual desire.^[5] The drug is a synthetic androgen and anabolic steroid^[6] and hence is an agonist of the androgen receptor (AR), the biological target of androgens like testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT).^[5][2][7] It has strong anabolic effects and highly androgenic effects, as well as potent progestogenic effects, and weak glucocorticoid effects.^{[5][2][7][8][9]} Trenbolone acetate is an androgen ester and a short-lasting prodrug of trenbolone in the body.

Testosterone Phenylpropionate (TPP) is an androgen and anabolic steroid, often utilized as an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) in the manufacturing of injectable, short-to-moderate acting anabolic-androgenic steroid formulations. It is often used in combination with other testosterone esters.

Testosterone Propionate (IP/BP) is a fast-acting, synthetic form of testosterone used primarily in hormone replacement therapy for men with low testosterone (hypogonadism). 

Nandrolone phenylpropionate (NPP), or nandrolone phenpropionate, sold under the brand name Durabolin among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication which has been used primarily in the treatment of breast cancer and osteoporosis in women.^{[8][9][10][11][3]} It is given by injection into muscle once every week.^[3] Although it was widely used in the past, the drug has mostly been discontinued and hence is now mostly no longer available.^[3][11]

NPP was first described in 1957 and was introduced for medical use in 1959.^[3] It was the first nandrolone ester to be introduced, followed by nandrolone decanoate in 1962, and has been one of the most widely used nandrolone esters.^[3][14] However, in more recent times, the drug has been largely superseded by nandrolone decanoate, which is longer-acting and more convenient to use.^[3][11] In addition to its medical use, NPP is used to improve physique and performance.^[3] The drug is a controlled substance in many countries and so non-medical use is generally illicit.^[
